This product remedies the faults of the hot water soluble interlining and the PVA cold water soluble film. Some cloth, like the high-grade silk fabric, can not bear high temperature. If choose film, there will not be easy to position. The best choice is the PVA cold water soluble non-woven.The melting point is 40°C. It can completely melt in cold water in 10 to 15 sec. It doesn't slip easily because of the special grids and points making the cloth go down and produce friction,not easy to slip.
